Conference Testimonials

Attendees sitting at a coffee table facing each other for a discussion.

"Breakout session regarding closures, and 7 OB information are always useful. Keep it coming."

"I especially appreciated the information on closures and outcomes, which is helping me determine how to create some program changes. I also appreciated the information on approaching staff with change - as a new program manager who is noticing several gaps, I have many ideas for how to improve our service delivery but getting my seasoned staff to buy in has been difficult."

"The most valuable activity is the interaction with the other states and learning about trainings, resources, etc."

"All the breakout sessions were valuable as they always are. We tend to get off on other subjects, but they are important to us too and are good to have a chance to talk with other states’ programs to compare and get ideas."

"This training has inspired me to review what has been currently happening and revising policies and procedures to expand staff understanding to improve service delivery."

"I got some great ideas on collaborating with other community partners and am going to look more closely at how we're closing cases."
