This webinar detailed how Minnesota has drawn on a wide variety of senior service providers across Minnesota in partnership to reach and serve seniors who are newly experiencing vision loss. The presenter, Ed Lecher, described the funding mechanisms, coordination, partner recruitment, client tracking, and outcomes. Ed Lecher is the Minnesota Older Blind Manager. He has been in that role for eight years. Before serving in that role, Ed was part of MN State Services for the Blind’s administrative team. Ed has a degree in Public Administration and has worked with people who have disabilities for 25 years.
