Description

During this webinar, Sara Tribe Clark will discuss two national call centers, the Eldercare Locator and the Disability Information and Access Line (DIAL) and how they can be used for making appropriate and accurate referrals to both the aging and disability networks. The webinar will also cover key elements of the Aging Network and what callers can expect from referrals to our most frequently referred services and supports: Area Agencies on Aging, Aging and Disability Resource Centers, and Centers for Independent Living, among others!

Sara Tribe Clark is the Director of two national call centers at USAging: the Eldercare Locator and the Disability Information and Access Line (DIAL). In this role, Sara oversees the operation of both call centers, ensuring successful connection of people to community resources. Sara has over 20 years of experience in the fields of aging and disability services. Before joining USAging she helped build the District of Columbia’s Aging and Disability Resource Center was Director of the National Information and Referral Support Center at ADvancing States; and spent 8+ years working within the aging and disability networks in Massachusetts. Sara has a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Colgate University, and a Master of Social Work degree from Boston University.
