Over 90% of the American population has access to a computer that connects them to work, life, and the world. However, many individuals with limited or no vision still have barriers to purchasing and learning to use accessible technology. Join this session to learn more about how you can use Computers for the Blind as a resource to help close the technology gap for people who are blind or visually impaired.

Christy Householter retired in early 2019 after 35 years in the field of education for students with visual impairments. She began volunteering with Computers for the Blind and soon took on the role of Executive Director. She received her undergraduate and Master’s degree from Stephen F. Austin State University. She is a Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) and Certified Orientation and Mobility Specialist (COMS). Christy will be joined on this webinar by several of her marvelous and talented support employees at Computers for the Blind.
