To be eligible for services, you must be over age 55 and have a significant visual impairment that is affecting your ability to live independently in your home and community.
To begin services, or inquire about our services, call the OIB Helpline. We will ask you to provide your:

- Address
- Date of Birth
- Email or alternate contact (if applicable)
