I understand the tendency to want to just to assist current consumers. And, I suspect we won't see to many new referrals over the next few weeks. However, this is a time to prioritize consumers.

We are in challenging times and being asked to provide training in new and possibly hard ways is heroic on your parts.
Many are saying they need or want the ability to "observe" consumers for assessment and training. Zoom is very accessible.
