The iCanConnect program was authorized by Congress to provide funding for equipment and training to help individuals of all ages who are deafblind to be able to communicate. This presentation from Friday, June 19, gives an overview of the program, how to refer individuals, case studies of how the program has helped, and more.

- Introduction to Working with Individuals Who are Deaf-Blind is designed for service providers and includes definitions, causes of deaf-blindness, communication strategies, assistive technology, and evidence-based recommendations regarding helping people who are deaf-blind obtain employment.
